SkinQure – Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are important to us and are reserved specifically for you. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all patients, we request that any changes or cancellations be made as early as possible.
Standard Cancellations
- Minimum Notice Required: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service charge.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked service.
Same-Day Appointments
If an appointment is made within 24 hours, cancellations must be done at least 4 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge.
2. Refund Policy
Treatment Services
- Once a service or treatment has been rendered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- All services are highly personalized and results may vary from person to person. Hence, refunds for dissatisfaction or expected outcomes will not be entertained.
Online Appointments
- If an online appointment is cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled time,a refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 2 to 7 business days.
- Note: Processing or transaction charges may be deducted by the payment
gateway.
Surgical or Advanced Procedures
- Payments for surgical procedures are accepted only after proper consultation and medical clearance.
- Pre-payments made after consultation are non-refundable once the procedure
is booked and confirmed.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel an appointment, you may:
A confirmation will be sent to you via email/SMS upon successful cancellation.
4. Right to Refuse or Cancel
SkinQure reserves the right to cancel or postpone an appointment under certain medical or operational conditions. These may include:
- Incorrect/incomplete medical information
- Safety or suitability concerns based on investigation reports
- Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances
